Job Title: FULL–TIME GRAPHIC ARTIST

Job Description:

This position reports to the Operation Manager.

We are looking for a Full-Time Graphic Artist, preferably with strong illustration skills to join our team and make an immediate impact. This position will be designing for screen-printed and embroidered garments and promotional items as well as adapting existing designs for production.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Produce artwork from scratch and/or clean up provided art work.
Review given artwork and determine if additional work needs to be done or not.
Complete understanding of Screen Printing file set-ups including but not limited to separations, positioning, choke, etc.
Prepare separations for the Screen Printing process.
Work with production in making sure a job is done correctly and at the best quality possible.
Manipulating customize-able design templates.
Create concept driven artwork.
Work with Sales to discuss customer concepts or revisions.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Graphic Design Experience.
Artistic ability is preferred.
Must have strong knowledge of both Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop on an all Mac network.
Knowledge of working in Adobe Creative suite, primarily photoshop and illustrator.
Knowledge of Screen Printing industry is a plus.
Ability to meet deadlines is a must.
Ability to keep and maintain an organized work environment.
Ability to file in an organized and effective manner.
