Backed by a successful Australian sports-betting business, Dabble is revolutionizing the industry by providing a unique and immersive community-based experience for users. Unlike traditional DFS apps, Dabble combines social media elements with daily fantasy, offering a newsfeed similar to Instagram or Twitter, where users can follow their friends, ex-athletes, and copy their bets with ease. Additionally, Dabble hosts a chat feature, called “Banter” where users can engage in forums and chat about their selections.

Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals, leveraging digital channels, traditional and non-traditional marketing tactics to drive brand visibility and revenue growth
Work with Global leadership to understand Dabble’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing initiatives and touchpoints but also ensuring brand messaging is localized effectively for the target market. Foster brand loyalty and advocacy among customers and stakeholders
Oversee all digital marketing efforts and channels, including social media, on-app oversight, affiliate and influencer marketing, digital advertising and search functions. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth, and challenge teams to invest in taking risks to help the business grow
Utilize analytics and data insights to assess marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and drive continuous improvement. Develop KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and ROI, and report regularly to management on performance
Effectively lead to build and mentor a high-performing marketing team across the following functional areas:
- Video & content production
Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, accountability and risk-taking consistent with Dabble’s values. Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members to support their growth and success
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engagement, Product, Technology, Customer Operations, Trading and global marketing functions to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business objectives and customer needs
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to manage and motivate the local marketing team, including experience in building teams, mentoring staff, and managing cross-functional projects
- Proficiency in communicating marketing plans and strategies across different levels of the organization and with external stakeholders
- Developing and implementing long-term marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives, including market research, segmentation, competitive analysis, and positioning
- Managing brand strategy, development, positioning, and market adaptation
- Passion for innovation, with a strong understanding of when to incorporate calculated risk
- A marketing tragic, who is constantly seeking inspiration and ideas from the world at large
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools such as social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising
- Ability to manage large budgets and allocate resources efficiently to achieve marketing objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with or high level of interest in sport, fantasy and/or sports betting is preferred, but not required
- Proficiency with technology, software and relevant tooling reflective of a leader within a progressive digital business

Remuneration
The advertised salary for this position is negotiable, based upon skills and experience.
