SEO & Paid Media Manager

Galaxy Active LLC is a leader in footwear, manufacturing and selling a wide range of products under popular brands like Reebok, Quicksilver, and Lands’ End.
The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled marketer to join our team as our business continues to expand. This position would be focused on Lands’ End, a trusted brand in apparel since 1963, and would be working with our Director of Digital Marketing.
SEO
● Develop and implement initiatives rooted in on-page optimization (page copy, metadata, internal linking) and off-page optimization (link building, link reclamation, outreach)
● Write quality meta and long-form SEO copy in line with best practices
● Identify valuable terms and phrases and make optimization recommendations appropriately
● Analyze, track and report on SEO performance trends, competitor analysis, and key initiatives with insights that will inform go-forward strategies
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms to continually refine and enhance SEO strategies
Paid Media
● Help guide, execute, and manage campaigns to drive sales across Google and Meta
● Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across different paid media channels
● Own copywriting across multiple ad platforms, including responsive Google Ads units
● Generate performance media insights and provide reports with recommendations
● Run testing and optimization of targeting, bid strategy, and creative performance
● Request and coordinate assets with the creative team
Who We’re Looking For
Experience
● 5+ years of relevant marketing experience (retail, eCommerce, or apparel preferred)
● Possess deep, results-oriented SEO subject matter expertise with a proven track record of driving organic performance
● Hands-on experience using paid media platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Merchant Center, Meta Ads Manager) to set up, manage, and analyze campaigns
● Experience managing paid media campaigns over $50,000 greatly preferred
Skills
● In-depth knowledge of current SEO best practices, ranking factors, on and off-page SEO strategies, and industry trends
● Strong writing skills for both SEO and paid media. Experience with responsive ad units a plus
● Proficiency in SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz
● Working knowledge of website analytics platforms, Adobe Analytics a plus
● Analytical and strategic mindset

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
