As we continue to grow, we are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive our brand to new heights.
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our digital marketing strategy and execution. With strong analytical, creative, and project management skills, this individual will play a pivotal role in optimizing our growth strategy, with a focus on driving website traffic, improving user experience, and facilitating more conversions. Day-to-day responsibilities will include assessing web performance and enhancing the overall web visitor experience, measuring, analyzing, and translating data into actionable insights, and implementing innovative tactics to drive revenue growth through our digital channels. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams within the company, this role will manage and elevate our website, optimize conversions, and report on target KPIs.
Essential Functions
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and growth marketing initiatives.
- Oversee our paid search efforts, including ongoing Google Ads campaigns, LSA, and other PPC platforms, which will help maximize ROI and drive qualified leads.
- Manage our SEO initiatives that aim to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to the website.
- Oversee our social media marketing efforts across various platforms and report on changes that help increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor website traffic and user behavior, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the user experience and conversion rates.
- Own the data and key offerings that will be the basis of successful email campaigns and ongoing communication with our existing customers.
- Manage relationships with vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables and campaigns are met efficiently and effectively.
- Analyze campaign performance data and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, implementing innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in lead generation and growth marketing/performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge and experience in SEO, paid search, social media marketing, and website analytics.
- Experience managing vendor and agency relationships, including budget management and campaign oversight.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
