As the E-Commerce Manager at ANB Baby, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online sales strategy and enhancing the overall digital shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our e-commerce operations, from website management to marketing initiatives and customer engagement. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and strong leadership skills to optimize our online presence and maximize revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Management: Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of our e-commerce website, ensuring functionality, usability, and performance meet industry standards and customer expectations.
2. Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales, increase conversion rates, and maximize revenue across all product categories and channels.
3. Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted digital campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, SEO/SEM, and affiliate marketing, to attract and retain customers.
4. Product Merchandising: Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions to optimize product visibility, relevance, and profitability, while maintaining brand consistency and integrity.
5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track website traffic, sales metrics, and customer behavior, and provide regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
6. Customer Experience: Enhance the online shopping experience by implementing user-friendly features, personalized recommendations, and responsive customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
7. Inventory Management: Work closely with the operations team to ensure accurate inventory levels, timely order fulfillment, and efficient logistics processes to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in e-commerce management, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, website development, and digital marketing strategies.
