Opportunity
RIB North America is seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Specialist to be at the forefront of crafting compelling promotional campaigns for our key products within RIB. Your mission: to not just fully understand a product and its target audience, but to create a story that resonates, addressing our prospects’ pains and challenges with tailored solutions. Leveraging your deep understanding of market research, you'll play a key part in shaping the development process, impacting aspects such as product features, user experience, naming, and positioning.
Your expertise in articulating unique value propositions will transform technical jargon into tangible benefits, resonating with our diverse user personas. As our ambassador, you'll spearhead product engagement initiatives, fostering trust and sparking meaningful conversations with potential customers through events, campaigns, and strategic calls to action.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Develop a keen understanding of each assigned product’s target audience, the pains and challenges it solves for the relevant personas, and in-depth knowledge of relevant product features and capabilities.
- Own the product’s go-to-market strategy, ensuring that all messaging regarding the product is accurate and presented in a way that potential customers will care about.
- Oversee the creation of content about the product, including sales enablement content, product pitches, and other short and long-format content and lead magnets.
- Work with the regional marketing teams to bring awareness to the product portfolio via various channels, programs, and campaigns.
- Review customer responses to our products, reacting as necessary to any feedback, while also pursuing additional growth campaigns and experiments or suggesting potential improvements to future iterations of the product.
- Convert potential customers into paying customers and keep existing customers loyal through subscription models or add-on purchases (when appropriate).
- Work with the product management team and strategy team to create and maintain competitor analysis, sharing insights, benchmarks, and battle strategies.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field
- Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or similar role for at least 5 years. Previous experience with B2B SaaS software will be highly regarded.
- Experience in copywriting will be favorably regarded.
- Experience in market analysis.
- Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
- Experience in marketing automation tools/platforms will be highly regarded.
- Experience in sales/revenue enablement platforms will be highly regarded.
