Position:
As the Head of Content, you will be key to fueling the business. Directly reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), your mission will involve steering the content strategy, creation, and distribution to amplify the brand and captivate the target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy:
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop and refine our content strategy across digital platforms, marketing materials, and integrated campaigns.
- Work closely with the product marketing team to ensure content showcases the unique value propositions, aligns with buyer personas, and supports the customer journey and sales cycle.
- Cultivate and maintain our brand voice and tone, bolstering brand awareness and presence through strategic PR initiatives.
Content Creation:
- Manage content calendar to guarantee timely and relevant content production.
- Lead the generation of diverse marketing assets, including eBooks, blog posts, social media content, whitepapers, case studies, videos, etc.
- Partner with digital marketing to enhance content for SEO, CTR, and lead generation.
- Direct the graphic design team to align creative direction with the overall content strategy.
Content Logistics:
- Contribute to strategic decisions regarding content distribution channels and methods, targeting optimal audience engagement.
- Manage the social media team, ensuring alignment with the content strategy and campaign objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing content and provide insights on how to optimize for future campaigns and take advantage of content marketing trends.
- Embrace a data-centric approach to evaluate content's impact on lead generation and customer acquisition.
Requirements :
- 5+ years' experience in a B2B content marketing manager or similar role.
- Fluency in French and experience in global marketing are required.
- Strong understanding of a B2B buyer journey and an understanding of how to align content to integrated marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Understanding of P2P, AP, or ERP markets is a plus.
- Preferred locations: Dallas or Texas (with travel)
