Summary
The Senior Digital Media Manager will help plan and execute a cohesive, omnichannel paid media strategy for our multi-solution business. This role will support and measure paid digital programs, and proactively recommend strategies, tests, and optimizations. The Senior Digital Media Manager will align channels and tactics with each stage of the buyer's journey to impact pipeline creation and progression.
This role will effectively guide and measure paid digital programs including programmatic channels, and third-party advertising and proactively seek to test, strategize, and optimize wherever possible.
What You'll Do
Create, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies that acquire qualified leads and convert them to opportunities, consistently optimizing for performance
Responsible for the day-to-day execution, optimization, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns
Develop segmentation by leveraging data across various sources like G2, advertising, and account-based marketing (ABM) platforms
Evaluate, recommend, and test new marketing channels and ad products including: assessing source viability, making tactical recommendations, and launching campaigns
Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to launch paid media campaigns for lead acceleration and improved performance of marketing investments
Partner with marketing operations and analytics teams to create and maintain performance dashboards, and perform ad-hoc analyses
Closely manage paid media budgets and spend with finance, procurement, and accounting teams
Engage with Agency partners to elevate our paid media programs and efficiently expand our reach

Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient in managing agency partners and vendors.
Demonstrated success in managing business-to-business (B2B) direct response-focused online marketing programs
Consistent track record of effectively launching and managing cost-effective pay-per-click (PPC) online marketing campaigns with a clear return on investment.
Knowledgeable in buying standard costing models for online media.
Experience in building and managing campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce
Understanding of web analytics, ad tracking, A/B testing, tagging, and content management.
Ability to write direct response copy for ads and landing pages.
Adaptability to new technologies, products, and systems.
Skilled in interpreting data, crafting narratives, and executing strategies across channels to create a customer-centric experience.
Capable of managing concurrent assignments with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
Experience working with a global digital team for a hyper-growth B2B technology company.
Certifications in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Google Display are a plus.
