Responsibilities
1. Paid Search & PPC Campaign Management:
- Manage and implement successful, efficient paid search campaigns.
- Monitor campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Monitor competitors' pay-per-click campaigns and report on auction insights.
- Extensive keyword research to establish a strong industry position.
- Monitor budget and adjust bids to achieve a better ROI.
- Produce reports for management, showcasing campaign performance.
- Remain current with industry trends, leveraging new tools and best practices to enhance campaign efficiency.
- Close variant culling.
2. SEO & Content Creation:
- Deliver high-quality, error-free, SEO-optimized content.
- Leverage SEO best practices to ensure content is discoverable by search engines.
- Utilize SEO tools, including Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Search Console, Moz, Screaming Frog, SpyFu, etc.
- Conduct thorough research to create informed and educational content.
- Stay informed on industry trends, target audience preferences, and relevant topics.
- Manage and regularly update a content/editorial calendar tailored to business needs.
3. Social Media & Brand Engagement:
- Lead the development and implementation of a holistic social media strategy, enhancing the brand's visibility.
- Manage the company's presence on various social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google my Business, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
- Develop and oversee B2B social media strategies, identifying and engaging with specific persona types.
- Engage in relevant social discussions about members, clients, competitors, and the industry.
- Design, build, and monitor social ad campaigns through various platform-specific ad managers.
- Run and track the success of regular social promotions and campaigns.
- Engage members and sponsors on social media before, during, and after events, creating and distributing social assets.
- Explore innovative ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach target audiences.
4. Visual Content & Multimedia Production:
- Capture, edit, and produce photography, graphics, and video to support content and brand efforts.
- Visit job sites to photograph finished products and services, highlighting company achievements.
- Creatively leverage visual storytelling to amplify the brand across platforms.
5. Collaboration & Project Management:
- Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, including ownership, showroom, community, cabinetry, flooring, and more.
- Project manage high-impact campaigns, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
- Participate in strategic campaign planning & strategy sessions throughout the year in collaboration with the Community Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials, maintaining efficient communication within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
6. Analytics, Reporting, & Continuous Improvement:
- Maintain a strong analytical perspective, mining data for actionable insights to enhance campaigns.
- Measure content and campaign success against departmental KPIs, iterating based on performance data.
- Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from all digital presence, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
7. Miscellaneous:
- Manage sponsorship and marketing activations, developing promotions that foster lead and revenue generation.
- Stay updated with emerging digital platforms and technologies, assessing potential integrations with current strategies.
- Address any PR crises or significant negative feedback on digital platforms, collaborating with relevant teams.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements
Digital Marketing Expertise:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience managing budgets and media buying across ROAS, TCPA, CPC, and CPM models.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads, encompassing search, video, display, and retargeting. Google Ads certification is a plus.
- Mastery of marketing funnels and a deep understanding of user acquisition economics.
Analytical Proficiency:
- Strong data and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with Facebook Analytics and Google Analytics.
SEO & Content Management:
- A robust understanding of SEO principles.
- Familiarity with social media management tools, including but not limited to Hootsuite, Lately, and Zoho Social.
Communication & Leadership:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated thought leadership in paid acquisition strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
