Position Summary
As Digital Production Manager, you’ll play an integral role in executing large-scale digital campaigns to achieve our goals of building an America that works for everyone. Galvanize USA and Galvanize Action are reaching 4 million women to engage them civically and move them towards progress, through research-driven digital ad campaigns. In order to do this, we need a Digital Production Manager who will work with our campaigns team to lead project management, overseeing the flow of information and deliverables internally and with our vendors and external partners. You’ll be the person making sure the trains run on time, keeping meticulous track of deadlines and adjusting schedules as needed. You’ll support all aspects of the campaign development process, writing and reporting out on our progress, and be a close partner to our media vendors to ensure that we can develop thoughtful, powerful ads with our amazing storytellers.

Responsibilities and Tasks
Project Management: Manage the day-to-day workflow of the broadcast campaigns process
System Development: Autonomously creative production systems to track the flow of deliverables at all states of the development and approval process.
Vendor Management: Work with external vendors and legal team to maintain review & approvals flow and ensure all stakeholders receive deliverables in a timely manner to hit key project deadlines; manage timeline changes and communicate proactively as schedules adapt.
Compliance Support: Work closely with operations team to track and categorize different types of content across multiple tax entities, staying up-to-date in a changing legal environment.
Video Production Support: Work with internal leads and external vendors to support the process of developing and executing video advertising as needed, including storyteller recruitment and management, script development, video edits, and media trafficking.
Writing & Editing: As needed, draft and edit reporting memos, scripts and other content to support the work of the campaigns team.
Internal Reporting: Communicate across teams to share key benchmarks and information to inform development, communications and partnership work.
Additional Duties:
- All employees of Hopewell Fund are required to complete timesheets every two weeks
- Engage in other relevant tasks as required.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- 2-4 years work experience in political/mission-oriented paid media, digital marketing, and/or project management/operations within the political/advocacy space
- Demonstrated abilities to effectively project manage & work both independently and with a team
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in mobile messaging platforms, G Suite, Slack, Asana, and similar technology
- Highly detail-oriented and experienced in developing systems to track progress across multiple stakeholders
- One of the following skillsets:
- Operations experience within the advocacy space, including working familiarity with 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) tax entities as they relate to advocacy campaigns
- Experience with video and/or digital production processes, either on the creative development or media side, and exposure to digital media planning and/or buying
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Can work well in a remote team and is able to manage and collaborate with staff at all levels and consultants
- Commitment to understanding race, class, gender, and other equity issues as part of your work as well as the impact these structural issues have on our collective work environment
- Occasional travel
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
Valued and Non-Essential Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Ability
- Digital or video agency experience highly preferred

Compensation & Benefits
The starting salary range for this position is $76,000-$83,000. Placement within this band will be determined based on years of prior experience and relevant skills. Galvanize USA also offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance for employees (and their families). Employees are able to enroll in the 401k retirement plan and are eligible for a 3% automatic contribution and up to a 3% employer match on 401k contributions. Employees are also eligible for pre-tax transportation benefits. Employees will receive 120 hours of vacation time, 80 hours of health leave, up to 2 days of casual leave, and 20 hours of volunteer leave annually. Employees will also receive 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are eligible for 12 weeks of paid family and medical leave after 90 days of employment.
