Total Wine & More is seeking a talented Digital Product Manager (Digital/Ecommerce) to join our growing Digital team in our Boca Raton, FL office. Our team leads our Total Wine & More website, mobile apps, and related digital channels. Our purpose is to build a trusted destination where a personalized experience helps customers be confident explorers and purchasers both in-store and online. We are passionate about digital experiences, energetic design thinkers, self-driven technologists, and smart strategists. We are committed to delivering a best-in-class e-Commerce experience, as well as provide customers an enhanced experience for when they enter our stores. This role will report into Director, Digital Product Management.
You will

Apply your deep knowledge of consumer and technology trends to shape a vision for experiences that drive the customer journey.
- Work cross-functionally with developers in our Agile teams and communicate with our partners in operations, merchandising and marketing.
- Partner with our engineering teams to articulate your vision and support translating that into simple, intuitive stories and user flows

Manage stakeholders’ expectations and communicate effectively

Understand the market needs, competitive landscape, and data to determine the Minimum Viable Product

Communicate direction and priorities to the development and QA teams, and work closely with Developers, QA engineers, UX/UI Designers, and partners to build high-value features that meet customer needs and drive sales.
- Advocate for the end-user and stakeholder by developing a deep understanding the user needs

Work with the scrum team to continuously assess progresses, next steps and share on process improvement

Formulate tests and hypothesis through customer research and A/B tests

Write, communicate and accept detailed user stories, and manage backlog by prioritizing and grooming stories based on business value and strategic priorities

Identify opportunities, risks, constraints and dependencies in collaboration with the scrum team to prioritize and refine user stories

Define KPIs to assess the value of the features delivered and drive business value
You will come with

5+ years minimum experience with 3+ years in Digital or e-Commerce product management within mobile applications and web
-
Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science
-
Agile product management experience
-
Demonstrated experience in building compelling mobile app, digital web and mobile experiences focused on responsive technologies
- Experience delivering on insights obtained through customer research and interaction data by driving product vision and strategy to position our digital products alongside

Proven success with using data to power innovation with strong insight and analysis skills
- Working with our engineering teams, that vision you clearly articulated will need to turn into simple, intuitive stories and user flows

You have demonstrated record of success collaborating on and launching successful features

MBA or other advanced certification preferred

Experience managing software development tools (JIRA, Confluence) is a plus
