Key Responsibilities:
External Firm Management: Supervise our established marketing firms across our four distinct brands, ensuring alignment with our core vision & strategy.
Content Creation: Produce engaging content, including images, videos, and target-oriented assets, for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Multi-channel Marketing: Drive target marketing through emails, direct mailings, follow-up communications, and social media platforms.
Social Media Mastery: Develop and execute marketing strategies on platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
Customer Feedback Analysis: Implement and analyze customer surveys, reporting on feedback, identifying areas of improvement, and gauging product success through analytics.
AI Implementation: Continuously learn, implement, and optimize AI-driven strategies in content creation, imagery, and all feasible marketing avenues.
CRM & Email Marketing: Manage and optimize our CRM platform to efficiently track all customer interactions and marketing campaigns. Craft and execute email marketing strategies targeting specific B2B customers.
Engagement Strategies: Craft interactive initiatives like contests to boost customer engagement and brand loyalty.
Collaboration: Work seamlessly with developers, designers, producers, and marketing teams.
Reporting: Regularly present performance metrics, engagement, and growth rates, translating data into actionable insights.
Strategy & Analytics: Formulate and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategies across all digital platforms, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications:

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
