Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Lead Software Engineer at Clearfind. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with developing and maintaining the company's software systems. This includes designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting software according to the company's standards and guidelines. This is a remote role.

Qualifications

Computer Science, Software Development, and Back-End Web Development skills
Strong programming skills and experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Experience developing and maintaining high-quality software systems
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms
Experience with database design and management
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years as a full stack engineer.
Proven track record as a Full Stack Developer, with a portfolio demonstrating your ability to work with various technologies across the full development stack.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
Previous experience in a tech leadership role
