Our Games Studio Engineering division is composed of many tight-knit and stable teams that each own a specific area of our platform all the way from the UI to the database. You will be assigned directly to one of these teams and will work alongside senior engineers responsible for bringing you up to speed. We will value your ability to work closely with a group of your peers to achieve meaningful results and can offer an excellent platform for starting your career in engineering.

What you’ll do as a Software Engineer

You will be developing systems and APIs that power an engaging set of games used by a large and passionate group of users every day.
Care about agility as much as you care about player experience. We roll out games very quickly and are looking for a team that can pivot at a moment’s notice.
Triage and debug front-end game client issues.
Work with modern technologies on scalable, reliable systems that people use in a 24/7 casino betting market.
Contribute to production code.

What you’ll bring:

Experience across multiple courses where writing game software is a primary element.
Hands-on experience with Git in a shared repository.
Comfort in picking up new languages and technologies quickly.
Exposure to object-oriented languages (e.g. Java, C#). Exposure to Typescript is a nice to have.
Exposure to Unity game engine is a strong plus.
Collaborative, team-based implementation, either in an internship or project setting.
Experience writing unit tests is a plus.
Familiarity with game development is a strong plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $102,400.00 - $153,600.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
