Warren Rogers, a Statistical Analysis and Software company known for innovative technology, seeks a new member for their IT Support team. Founded in 1979, Warren Rogers develops, produces, and supports products and services for Underground Storage Tank leak detection and business applications. The Technical Support Specialist will actively contribute to meaningful projects and will work closely with all aspects of the business.

Responsibilities:

Participate in an Agile team developing a wide array of products.
Responsible for taking requirements and converting them to features.

Our team:

Small team with a wide array of projects, we work on embedded software, web framework projects, data streaming applications, and big data applications.
Cloud native development, with AWS, Kotlin, java, Spring, vue.
We take pride in the code we write and ensure we are keeping up to date with standards and engineering principles.
We own the products we make, and are responsible for their reliability, uptime and functionality.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Have experience taking requirements, translating them to code, writing and testing that code, deploying, debugging, and maintaining that application.
Have experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable services.
Have experience setting up and maintaining devops pipelines
