Haulistic is seeking a Software Engineer to join our talented IT team that will build and enhance the company’s proprietary Transportation Management Systems. Haulistic prides itself in using its technology platform to streamline operations and provide functionality and visibility to our customers and vendors.

Background & Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems
3+ years of experience in software development

Responsibilities

Participate in code reviews and agile team ceremonies to help plan and execute work.
Help identify and remove technical obstacles and assist in completing the team’s commitments on a sprint and quarterly basis.
Considers all aspects of design and development, including but not limited to, usability, simplicity, reliability, uptime, performance, scalability, maintainability, and testing.
Good technical communication and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to implement new features without fully detailed technical specifications.
Comfortable with developing new features from scratch.
Self-directed team member, highly collaborative with team and comfortable working with product management, stakeholders and other end users.
Ability to develop high quality, testable and maintainable code with unit tests.
