The APAC COE team believes in a #GoGetIt approach. Our successes are attributed to our people who are relentless to help others in any way we can. We handle critical concerns from safety to escalations, and make sure that the resolution matters to the customer - making each member an eventual promoter of Uber. The SIE (Strategy, Innovation & Enablement) team provides thought leadership to APAC CommOps, and enables realization of long-term vision through strategic clarity, innovation, efficient planning, and execution excellence.

About the Role

The Community Operations organization at Uber is responsible for delivering world-class customer support to riders, drivers, eaters, and couriers.  Program Managers within Community Operations partner cross-functionally with operations leaders, engineering teams, and other organizations to build processes that enable an effortless, rapid, and efficient customer support experience. Uber's Program Managers develop support services for new products and initiatives while driving continuous improvement within existing support services.

Your Impact in Role:

  • Support manager on cross-site level projects.
  • Communicate and address blockers.
  • Track & follow up with stakeholders on action items and deliverables.
  • Structure projects and create project plans with milestones.
  • Perform new business intakes and structure projects.
  • Define and measure project targets for business metrics.

The Experience You’ll Bring:

  • At least 2 years of experience in project management.
  • Problem solving, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Communication, planning, organization skills.
