Core Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Management: Oversee digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, display advertising, affiliates, and email marketing, as well as managing social media platforms.
- Content Development: Create and oversee content for various channels such as social media, email marketing, blogs, and the company website, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategy.
- Prospect List Building: Collaborate with sales managers to compile and refine prospect lists for targeted outreach.
- Outreach Campaign Execution: Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns using snail mail, email, social media, and other tactics to engage potential clients and drive lead generation.
- Campaign and Strategy Execution: Develop targeted marketing strategies and comprehensive marketing plans, execute campaigns, and assess their effectiveness to adjust strategies as needed.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign performance metrics and website/social media analytics to optimize marketing efforts and report on insights and recommendations.
- Market Research: Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
- Media and Material Coordination: Manage and organize an innovative image and media library, develop promotional materials, and coordinate trade shows and event planning activities.
- Copywriting and Editing: Assist in copywriting and editing marketing materials to ensure brand consistency and messaging accuracy.
- Customer Relationship Management: Handle customer inquiries, make follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction, and manage relationships through marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Website and Social Media Management: Maintain and update the studio website and social media accounts, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and engaging.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute promotional activities and campaigns effectively.
