WHO WE ARE: As a newly established Marketing Organization with 4 active campaigns in Digital and Direct Sales that include Telecom, Wireless Mobility, and Home Services.
WHO YOU ARE: You MUST have a positive, outgoing, and a CAN-DO attitude. Are you willing to serve while helping others and enjoy learning new skill sets while at the same time, having FUN?
WHEN: This will be a Contract to Hire position for roughly, 24-30 days or longer and will require a commitment to that period. We are looking to fill this ASAP, so please be ready to accept within the next few days.
WHAT YOU OFFER: Your skillset will include (but not limited to):
▶ a working desktop or laptop computer with dual screens (optimal for heavy tasks)
▶ a wired high-speed internet connection (a HotSpot or Fixed Wireless is not fast enough)
▶ the ability to manage, update, and administer multiple WordPress websites including:
▶ creation of new pages/posts and manage existing ones
▶ updating of plug-ins, themes, and overall site security (AS REQUIRED)
▶ graphic design and or Photoshop tools (OPTIONAL BUT PREFERRED)
▶ collaborate with leadership on Marketing and Advertising initiatives
▶ administration of a variety of HR tasks for new sales reps including onboarding
▶ manage incoming talent requests from Indeed recruiting campaigns
▶ administer and manage Zoom meetings for group interviews and seminars
Additionally, Virtual Reps may be called upon to handle other tasks including taking calls, returning emails, and calendaring functions.
Experience is greatly appreciated and required. Paydays are bi-weekly and you are considered a 1099 Independent Contractor.
