Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Manager to join our dynamic team. The E-commerce manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving the company’s online sales strategy, managing the e-commerce website, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and website management.
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Manage and optimize the online shopping experience, including all EWF’s websites usability, automation, content, and design.
- Oversee product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize conversion rates and profitability.
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct keyword research by identifying relevant keywords for SEO and PPC campaigns, analyze keyword difficulty and discover new keyword opportunities.
- Utilize tools such as SEMrush to analyze competitor strategies and optimize paid search campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product management teams to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Closely monitor competition and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and e-commerce trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on e-commerce performance, trends, and opportunities.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, such as payment processors and shipping providers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, with a record of accomplishment of driving online sales growth.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools, such as Big Commerce, Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Tableau, Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn innovative technologies and industry trends.
- Experience managing a team is preferred but not required.
