About the Role

We are looking for an individual who has strong operational and analytical skills, as well as strategic business sense. In this role, you will coordinate our national Driver Identity processes and be a teammate in coming up with initiatives to drive quality and operational efficiencies.

This is a key position that can make a big impact on business and change the way people move safely in our country.

This role calls for a combination of analytics and ability to operationalize processes in a fast paced environment.

This role has a close relationship with Global Product teams and direct impact on the development of new Identity technology / processes.

What You'll Do

  • Earner Access: Manage and improve the national Earner Access processes and flows
  • Product: Be a close stakeholder of Global Product in the development / implementation of new technology regarding Earner Identity
  • Data: Get and extract data regarding Earner Identity to tackle fraud and inefficiencies
  • Hands on: Act directly into making our platform safer, by keeping Earner Identity reliable
  • Strategic Ownership: Help develop, lead, and implement strategy to achieve business priorities in Driver Identity
  • Business Sense: Monitor, understand, and interpret key operational and financial metrics to help figure out strategy and action plans. Develop and apply understanding of the levers that move our business
  • Problem Solving: Identify the root cause of risks and opportunities, propose multiple, practical solutions, and weigh tradeoffs to recommend best approach
  • Process Optimization: Implement, optimize, and scale core analyses and processes across Brazil and beyond, regularly reviewing performance
  • Product Improvement: Proactively search for new features or improvements that could improve the experience on and efficiency of our marketplace, measure their impact and collaborate with Product teams around the world to implement launches.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain productive working relationships with immediate team and cross-functional partners across operations, marketing, customer support, product, policy, and legal to scope, test and implement initiatives

What You'll Need

  • Education: We encourage people from all backgrounds to apply
  • Years of Experience/Industries: Three or more years of professional experience
  • Data-Driven Mentality: Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation. Experience getting in the weeds of data, balanced with the ability to see the big picture
  • Communication: Portuguese and English proficiency. Able to interpret and present data to various audiences in an engaging and comprehensive, yet succinct manner
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate optimism, respect others, and work well in a team. Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and responsibilities. Maintains healthy working relationships, even in disagreements
  • Executional Excellence: Ability to work and accomplish multiple tasks in parallel, delivering results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, while maintaining high-quality work standards
  • Planning & Organization: Ability to create detailed project plans with project stages, milestones, basic interdependencies, and owners
