Social Media Ads Specialist
Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Social Media Ads Specialist in Florida, Texas or Michigan with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team at Digital Diagnosis Marketing. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in crafting and executing targeted advertising campaigns across popular social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and similar channels. A specific focus will be placed on video ads, including TikTok Reels and YouTube Shorts. Preferred candidates will have experience in the automotive industry and a passion for leveraging the power of social media to drive results.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive social media advertising strategies tailored to client objectives, focusing on platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others.
2. Manage end-to-end execution of paid advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, targeting, ad creative development, and ongoing optimization, with a particular emphasis on video ads such as TikTok Reels and YouTube Shorts.
3. Conduct in-depth audience research to identify key demographics, interests, and behaviors across various social media platforms, with a specific understanding of video consumption patterns.
4. Collaborate closely with the creative team to conceptualize and produce engaging video ad content, including TikTok Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other video formats, ensuring alignment with platform-specific best practices.
5. Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and make data-driven decisions to optimize ad performance across different platforms and video formats.
6. Conduct rigorous A/B testing on video ad creative, targeting parameters, and other variables to refine campaign effectiveness and drive better results in terms of engagement and conversion.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices in social media advertising, particularly with regard to video ads on platforms like TikTok and YouTube.
8. Provide regular performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders, offering actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvement and future strategy development, with a specific focus on video ad performance.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing social media advertising campaigns, with expertise across platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others, particularly with a focus on video ads.
3. Preferred experience in the automotive industry, with a demonstrated understanding of automotive marketing strategies and consumer behavior.
4. Proficiency in utilizing social media advertising tools and platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, etc., with a specific understanding of video ad formats and best practices.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights to drive campaign performance, especially in the context of video ad metrics.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in crafting compelling video ad content.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and client expectations.
8. Certifications in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, TikTok Ads Certification, Google Ads certification) are highly desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
