Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide information about available vehicles and their features
- Conduct test drives with customers to showcase vehicle capabilities
- Upsell additional features, accessories, and service packages to maximize sales
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory and pricing
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to generate repeat business
- Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure a strong sales pipeline
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Utilize cold calling techniques to prospect for new customers
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively
- Excellent math skills for calculating pricing, financing options, and discounts
- Familiarity with sales management software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
