Reporting to the VP of Marketing & Design, the focus will be on building brand awareness and preference via digital platforms including social marketing, ecommunications and website. This individual will possess knowledge of pertinent digital marketing platforms and methods to continue to increase brand presence in the marketplace.

This role requires leadership, creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, business understanding, communication and organizational skills in accordance with the core values of Scott Group Studio.

Duties

Ø Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels

Ø Manage the Scott Group Studio website. Schedule and manage content updates, monitor and report out on user activities to align with our strategic plan

Ø Collaborate with Marketing team on content strategies to drive successful results

Ø Manage “to the trade” website commerce portal

Ø Manage email marketing using Hubspot platform to generate inbound leads

Ø Create and implement a reporting structure and dashboard to measure KPI’s and ROI

Ø Develop and manage strategy for digital advertising activities, working collaboratively with marketing team and outside partners to develop campaigns goals with measurable results

Ø Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing

Ø Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget

Ø Oversee all the company's social media accounts and provide input on best content and channels to reach our target audience

Ø Track and measure Google Analytics and Sprout Social metrics and report out

Ø Build an inbound marketing plan

Ø Track competitors performance to provide industry benchmarks

Ø Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices

Abilities

Ø Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience

Ø 4+ years of digital marketing experience with branded product lines

Ø Proficiency in Hubspot and Google Analytics

Ø Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels

Ø Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices

Ø Understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM platform

Ø Proven track record for developing and executing successful online marketing programs.

Ø Knowledge of Word Press website platform

Ø E-commerce experience (desired)

Ø Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable proposals.

Ø Great interpersonal and communication skills along with the desire to work collaboratively and the ability to work independently.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
