Choice Management is looking for an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented CRM specialist/E-commerce manager to join their Rock Hill, NY location.
The right candidate has extensive experience with CRM software. They excel at resolving technical CRM issues, including how to successfully merge the CRM with internal legacy platforms and recognize patterns and spot trends from data.
Serving as the bridge between marketing and sales, they can successfully use the CRM software by effectively planning and delivering CRM strategies to current and potential customers by exhibiting the ability to demonstrate the benefits of using the CRM to track and analyze buying trends and customer activity to increase sales.
They will be working effectively with several departments across the business to provide feedback and suggestions on creating customer-centric, data-driven digital experiences for users shopping at the ecommerce stores. The ideal candidate will be maintaining and updating ecommerce sites and ensuring that all products are SEO-optimized and up to date.
As a CRM specialist/e-commerce manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Arranging and presenting CRM strategies across the company to conserve current customers, increasing brand loyalty, and therefore increasing the value of the business’s brand
- Carefully surveying the customer database to confirm it is correctly segmented to target marketing activities suitably, providing an effective sales funnel
- Customizing and obtaining marketing reports from the CRM, determining which customer trends the business should consider, and meeting with numerous teams to assist them with analyzing these business trends
- Managing CRM data governance, including data audit, data standards, data structures, reporting, and user access rights
- Overseeing the production and analytical process of retention campaigns
- Strategically orchestrating, implementing, and evaluating the performance of individual CRM program strategies within the company
- Composing CRM training manuals and educating staff on the procedures of running the CRM software
- Product information uploads to various online platforms
- Reviewing online product detail pages, product information, specs, graphics, and all other relevant page content to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of comprehension
- Data research, such as competitor information, product cross-references, keyword lookup, customer reviews, IP infringements, and others
- Product data management: to organize, classify, and tag product data and graphics
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of CRM experience
- At least 3 years of experience in ecommerce-related product management
- Technical proficiency in the CRM and analytical system realm
- Strong knowledge of online marketing methods
- Experience with CSV file layouts and data uploads
- Email Marketing experience
- Data analysis and written work capability
- Ability to work on multiple projects at a time and meet tight project deadlines
- Experience using Google Analytics and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of social media and SEO
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills that will aid with multitasking with customers, management, marketing, and sales
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to think outside of the box
- Strong team player that exhibits positive energy
