Our opening is for a PPC Specialist to manage internet pay-per-click advertising campaigns, including the strategy, design, implementation, SEO, and ad performance analysis as follows:
A) Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across a variety of channels
1) Campaign Management
You will be the primary expert managing our company's campaigns across multiple channels. A vital component of this role will be working cross-functionally with department implementation teams (such as design, content, and search) to lead the overall strategy of each creative component, driving conversions within the campaigns. This position requires an individual who has a strong sense of accountability and pride in their work.
> Fully assessing and understanding business objectives and translating those goals into a PPC strategy and action plan
> Perform daily account management of PPC campaigns (review expensive under-performing keywords
> maintain Quality Score, impression share and other important metrics)
> Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports to organization leaders, analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators
> Actively test and analyze targeting criteria (keywords and audiences), ad creatives, landing pages, and bid strategies to drive results in line with campaign goals
> Delivering PPC campaigns to the most relevant and effective networks, based on analysis, monitoring, review and active decision-making
2) Keyword Research
A PPC Manager must understand how people search for products and services. You must keep up with trends, constantly research and test your keyword choices, and be ready to change them when you do not see results.> Keyword research and management to optimize bids (add PPC keywords and negative keywords)

3) Content Development
> Write attractive and concise copy for ads

4) Analytics
Working with IT and web development teams to ensure there is a technical capability to deliver, capture, and ensure the success of key aspects – such as landing pages, tracking codes and integration of analytics. You will assist in research of consumer behaviors & implementation of targeting, segmentation and customer experience strategies via Search Engines
> Analyze and incorporate sales data to ensure campaigns are targeting appropriate services and products
> Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
> Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
> Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)
> Create monthly and quarterly business reviews & other executive-facing presentations that outline performance, insights from testing, and key strategic opportunities
> Actively measure and execute A/B split testing for ad copy, landing pages, etc., to ensure optimal campaign performance
> Set up conversion tracking & retargeting pixels, managing all goal setting in analytics
> Conduct daily and weekly SEM optimization exercises that include bid management, ad creative testing, and keyword expansions
> Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of web metrics (visits, page views, search engines, keywords) and media data and incorporate the data into reports and dashboards
> Integrate the organic search results into the paid search strategy to improve ROI of overall search effort
> Must have experience with site analytics tools and the ability to test, collect and analyze data and results and identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search and paid social campaigns

5) Budgeting
> Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media
> Ensure the PPC campaign does not exceed the weekly and monthly ad spend budget
B) Teamwork
> Communicate effectively across the organization, internally and externally
> Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations
> Collaborating with other marketing colleagues to ensure joint strategic marketing objectives align with paid ad activity
> Collaborate with team members from concept to design and through deployment for targeted, robust campaigns tailored to different needs, unique brands, and diverse target audiences
> Recommend and consult executive team and marketing teams on any new content or landing pages that should be created to promote higher campaign performance
> Participate in forming effective paid search strategies
> Contribute to projects, process changes, and roll-outs
C) Growth
> Trend watching: This alone can prove to be a full-time job. SEO trends and understanding how to outsmart Google’s ever-changing algorithms will keep you busy when you are not mastering your campaigns. You will need a clear and factual awareness of health and fitness consumers so you understand what they will respond to and also what technology is driving them each day. You have to know all of this and societal trends to keep on top of your keywords and landing page designs.
D) Skills

Job Experience
> The candidate should have at least three years of hands-on experience in online marketing with a heavy focus on paid search management
> Have 3 - 5 years of paid media experience in an agency or corporate setting
> BS degree in marketing or a related field, or Digital Marketing Certification equivalent
> The ideal candidate has a proven background in generating identifiable ROI across verticals, a conversion-focused approach, and a track record of success implementing campaigns with small and large budgets
> Google Certification(s)
> Facebook Blueprint Certified
> Intermediate spreadsheet and reporting automation skills
