We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Strategy Manager to join our team. As the Digital Marketing Strategy Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our digital marketing campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and target audience. **Understanding and acceptance to work with a diverse group of clients. We work with a wide array of clients including conservative politicians and causes as well as large companies selling diverse products/services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that encompass various online channels, including but not limited to social media marketing, programmatic advertising, OTT/CTV advertising, and publisher direct buys.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audience, industry trends, and competitors' digital marketing activities. Utilize insights to develop data-driven strategies for achieving business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and create detailed digital media plans that outline tactics, timelines, and budget allocation.
- Help manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring effective targeting, creative messaging, and efficient budget utilization. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Apply industry knowledge and expertise to enhance campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to execute campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Monitor and report on key metrics, campaign performance, and market trends to key stakeholders. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that showcase the impact of digital marketing efforts on business growth.
- Assisting in leading and mentoring a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to foster their professional development and enhance overall team performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5-10 years Experience in Digital Marketing
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Strategy Manager or a similar role, demonstrating expertise in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, platforms, and tools, including but not limited to social media advertising, Google Campaign Manager, Programmatic media buying, and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing innovative digital marketing solutions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
- Experience in managing digital marketing budgets and optimizing campaign performance to achieve desired outcomes.
- Certifications in relevant digital marketing disciplines (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) are highly desirable.
