About us:
We’re a small e-commerce company in the specialty organization space, working just steps from the Amherst line in Belchertown. We run bisley-store.com and bindertek.com, plus two other sites, and sell on Amazon, Staples, Wayfair, and more. Our office is a flexible, casual atmosphere where a lot of work gets accomplished by a small team. We’re all used to wearing multiple hats and jumping in on projects when needed. Bisley Store is our newest site, partnering with the Bisley brand out of the UK, selling their iconic MultiDrawers to customers here in the US. We have significant growth potential across our sites and we’re looking for the right person to help us achieve it.
About the you and the role:
You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining our content calendar for the entire business and producing all emails, blog posts, and social campaigns to go along with it.
Think of yourself as an in-house content creator. We’re looking for someone passionate about social media. You have the skills to create meaningful social posts, including photography, video and photo editing, voiceover, design, and more. You’re also happy in front of the camera, talking about our products, showing them off, and generating interest. You know how to use all the tools on the different platforms and can optimize posts for engagement and visibility. You love engaging with users and staying on top of the latest social trends.
Speaking of content creators, you’ll research influencers and find the right ones to partner with. You’ll form relationships with them and get our brands and products all the social love. You will coordinate contracts, product shipments, and timelines. You'll also track the performance of and provide reports on influencer campaigns.
You also know a thing or two about email marketing. You’re comfortable designing, writing, and sending emails. You understand the importance of testing, creating segmented lists, and analyzing the performance along the way.
We’re looking for a self-starter who can run with ideas. You are known for being proactive, independent, and creative, but also analytical. You know when things are working or when they’re not, and you can pivot accordingly. This is a position with a lot of autonomy, one where you can develop the role and own it.
