We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Product Manager to join our team. The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow. This is a critical role that requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
· Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to all departments within the organization.
· Team Management: Recruit, hire, and manage staff across multiple departments, ensuring high performance and alignment with company goals.
· Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
· Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
· Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
· Problem-Solving: Identify challenges and opportunities for improvement, developing and implementing solutions to drive company growth.
· Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
· Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in the advertising industry, with a minimum of 2 Years in a managerial role.
3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
4. Excellent patience, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on client relations and team collaboration.
5. Demonstrated experience in hiring and managing staff across multiple disciplines.
6. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify problems and develop creative solutions.
7. Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
8. Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and sales strategies.
9. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
