Day to Day
As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager focused on Product Launches in the US you will be responsible for creating the go to market strategies for new products and features for employers in partnership with Product Marketing & Product. You will be accountable for:
- Creating new product launch plans by examining market data, metrics, and messaging to tailor go-to-market strategies for product launches, focusing on existing employer customers.
- Partnering closely with Product Marketing to stay involved in new product updates, and communicate them to the team.
- Creating and overseeing the creation of Lifecycle campaign template designs, copy, testing strategies, campaign audiences, and reporting.
- Coordinating across marketing teams to ensure launches are integrated into employer’s holistic campaign and hiring experience.
- Managing project timelines and communicating updates across all relevant teams.
- Managing quality assurance for campaigns, ensuring Indeed’s brand consistency, best in class employer experience across all channels.
- Creating and presenting campaign reports, including campaign metrics, learnings, wins, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Coordinating across Marketing teams to identify opportunities for partnership and scale.
- Examining qualitative and quantitative data and research to identify areas of opportunity and optimization.
Responsibilities
As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager you will: strategize US go-to-market plans, align goals, manage relationships, take on challenges, and scale across channels.
- Partner with Product Marketing to know which new products are coming, and relevant communications for employers.
- Create a process to communicate new product updates internally, and audit existing materials for changes.
- Drive adoption of new and updated products through personalized messaging, targeted communication, and content.
- Compile market insights and develop a comprehension of key challenges and opportunities for employers.
- Manage brainstorming, deadlines, and building testing plans for launching new products and features to employers.
- Build reporting documentation and presentations to show impact.
Skills/Competencies
- 3+ years experience in building strategy for cross-channel marketing campaigns including email, retargeting, and direct mail. Particularly centered around go-to-market strategies.
- Experienced in leading cross-functional teams through entire marketing projects, including ideation, launch, and reporting on success metrics.
- Skilled in crafting effective campaigns through email template design and content creation for various marketing channels, including app notifications.
- Proven methodical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities; data-driven thinking (SQL proficiency a plus)
- Experience with marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Marketo, and other email platforms.

US Remote 79,000 - 106,000 USD per year
NYC Metro Area 92,000-128,000 USD per year
Seattle 78,000-115,000 USD per year
SF Bay Area 106,000-144,000 USD per year
Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
