Account Executive or Senior Account Executive
Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with the firm’s director of communications, Senior account executive and account coordinator to manage public relations, public affairs, and community grassroots campaigns at the local and national level for clients who operate in US with with other focus on US Hispanic and general market audience.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with previous social media and public relations experience and strong attention to detail.
In this position, you will:
- Lead client communication and relationships; daily client contact.
- Manage projects from conception to completion.
- Research and draft client-facing materials, including memos, presentations, talking points, fact sheets, media lists, and social media content.
- Draft and edit materials and client communications, including press releases, media alerts, pitches, and other press materials.
- Secure top-tier media placements.
- Develop relationships with media and actively pursue press coverage on behalf of clients.
- Assist in maintaining web content and executing social media strategies for clients
- Conduct regular media monitoring (traditional and social) and create coverage reports for a range of clients and industries.
- Assist senior team members in the development and execution of communications campaigns, including communications, grassroots/field, and digital engagements
- Assist with managing projects, tracking client deliverables and deadlines, managing task spreadsheets, and providing activity reports
- Help develop and execute proactive and strategic communication strategies for clients.
- Provide metrics reporting for communications campaigns.

· Prepare presentations and reports
What you’ll need to be part of our growing team:
- Minimum of four to five years in public relations, media relations, account management and etc.
- Proven experience as a Communications Assistant, Communication Specialist or similar role
- Professional client-facing skills
- Resourceful and self-starter mentality
- Good understanding of media relations and digital media strategies
- Fully Bi-lingual English and Spanish; excellent written, interpersonal, verbal and listening skills
Desired skills:
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with design software (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign) and content management systems is a plus
- Solid editing and researching skills
- Excellent communication abilities (oral and written)
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- BS/BA in Marketing, Communications or a related field is desired
