Role Summary
The Product Manager is a member of a Product Team responsible for defining feature and prioritizing the Team Backlog. You collaborate with other product team leaders on the strategic vision, as the key person to drive teams to execute that vision. As a Product Manager you will have a significant role in maximizing the value produced by the team to ensure that user stories meet the customer’s needs and meet the Definition of Done.

Drive and execute the evaluation of new requirements from local customers (US group brands)

Align internationally technical feasibilities, resource capabilities and financial viabilities.

Bring new product requirements to decision in respective committees.

Execute and drive development teams to ensure the customer needs.

Harmonize & synchronize regional requirement in a global environment.

Develop and implement product strategies consistent with customer need and company vision.

Partner with customers and stakeholders to develop product strategy and co-create solutions.

Partner with internal stakeholders to review product strategy and ensure alignment.

Ensure product vision and requirements are designed with scalability and long-term vision in mind.

Lead technical discussions with a high level of independence including requirements, customer experience and security.

Represent the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders; A natural design thinker that can synthesize requirements into a common set of platform and services capabilities, writing very clear, thorough and detailed user stories for complex features and product sets.

Liaise with other functions, product managers, engineering and other applicable groups to ensure flawless execution

Provide status, action plan and recommendations to senior leadership on an ongoing basis.

Maintain the product backlog for building, editing, and maintaining user stories, including defects and enablers. Backlog items are prioritized based on user value, time, and other team dependencies

Continuous review and reprioritization of the backlog as part of the prep work for Iteration Planning, including coordination of dependencies with other Product Managers.

Lead iteration planning events communicating story detail and priorities to ensure the team aligns and agrees on a final iteration plan.

Compensation
Salary range is dependent on factors such as geographical differentials, credentials or certifications, industry-based experience, qualification and training. The salary range for this position is $101,200 - $146,900.
