Digital Account Manager
We are looking for someone with strong project and account management skills, willing to oversee/work with different departments to achieve the desired goal. They should be a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and a continuous learner. They are driven to deliver exceptional client service. We are seeking a candidate with experience in multiple areas of digital marketing, particularly SEO, social media, digital demand generation, and website management. You will work with digital team members to create client marketing plans, budget recommendations, and strategize, build, optimize, and maintain campaigns for multiple wealth management firms. We look to provide white glove client service, responsible for exceeding client expectations. You will be responsible for leading client calls, completing contact reports, developing status reports, and keeping the team on task.
Additional desired qualifications:
· Served as a lead contact for clients, either at an agency or in-house marketing department.
· Utilize website and SEO tools, such as SEMrush, to develop reports and recommendations.
· Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
· Familiarity with email, Paid Search, Banner Ads, Online Video, Social Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LI/FB/IG/X, blogs, and Podcasts.
· Ability to learn new web platforms to assist clients with updates with their websites and social media channels.
· Comfort with campaign tracking and reporting, analysis, and recommendations to optimize campaigns to achieve desired client goals.
· Audit existing campaigns, analyze keywords, ad copy, and bid strategy, work closely with copywriting team to fit in restrictive places, and identify new opportunities to improve performance.
· Research, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed.
· Background in the wealth management marketplace.
PERSONAL QUALITIES
· 5 years of experience serving as an account executive providing digital solutions
· A bachelor’s degree in marketing or digital marketing
· Certification as a SEO or paid search specialist is a plus.
· Strong client and project management skills.
· Superior communications skills, including written, leading and being an active participant in meetings and PowerPoint development.
· Data and web metrics analytical skills
· Familiarity with email campaigns and platforms, such as HubSpot.
· Ability to effectively interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment, with a high-level of professionalism.
· Ability to set priorities among a variety of tasks and an occasionally heavy volume of tasks.
· Must be comfortable with multi-tasking, able to manage multi-step procedures, handle frequent interruptions in workflow and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
· Exhibits professionalism and composure in stressful situations and in meetings.
· Driven to achieve results, make an impact and be a continuous learner.
