What Success Looks Like:
- Develop and drive strategy to leverage digital technologies including internal and external websites, social platforms, email marketing and other automation tools.
- Plan and execute with Marketing Managers the content strategy that drives high engagement for both internal and external users.
- Update and improve the website and social content with current information serving as editor-in-chief for all content to ensure quality, clarity, and consistency.
- Oversee the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the organization's websites.
- Change and maintain site content, designing, and implementing the technical architecture of the sites, troubleshoot issues, and performance monitoring.
- Develop creative, innovative, inspiring concepts to support outbound marketing campaigns such as HTML emails, landing pages, social pages and more.
- Develop organic search strategies for first page rankings through onsite optimization related to page titles, URLs, redirects, internal link structures, SEO copy editing, sitemap tools maintenance, and keyword research.
- Lead the website and social creative content review and approval, QA/testing of content execution and content syncing in email campaign software and across other management tools.
- Build and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns in support of planned promotions, product launches, announcements, etc.
- Execute, track, and optimize rollout of all email programs.
- Demonstrate an understanding of customer data to identify relevant customer segments, oversee list creation and monitor list management and segmentation.
- Collect, monitor, and analyze social, email and website metrics for improvements.
- Consult with team members to create consistent, brand-driven messaging and visual design, balancing industry best practices with brand identity.
- Ensure compliance and maintain integrity with all corporate and product brand and digital standards across all outputs.
- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, Web Design, Interactive Marketing, or related field
- 5-10 years’ relevant experience in B2B digital marketing, integrated media, content marketing and/or marketing strategy.
- Proven, hands-on experience planning, building, launching, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns including email and social media for B2B brands.
- Experience planning, creating, and executing website content within a CMS; experience in WordPress preferred.
- Digital design background and strong understanding of web UI standards and responsive design framework (basic HTML, CSS, Java script knowledge).
- Demonstrated experience with multiple forms of paid advertising. Google AdWords and Meta, preferred.
- Experience using performance reporting tools including Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Adobe Creative suite
