The Director of Marketing plays a pivotal role in the overall success and expansion for our company by driving the company's marketing efforts to achieve its growth objectives. This role requires a holistic understanding of marketing, our business, along with strong leadership skills, and the ability to adapt strategies based on evolving market conditions.
- Strategic Planning and Execution
-Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies aligned with company's business objectives
-Identify key audiences to develop targeted campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- Digital Marketing Management
-Oversee digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
-Optimize online brand presence and user experience to enhance customer acquisition.
-Ensure a seamless and integrated experience across all channels
- Experimentation and Optimization:
-Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to optimize marketing performance.
-Constantly seek innovative ways to iterate on strategies based on insights and results
-Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
-Monitor and report on the financial performance of growth initiatives.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
-Leverage data analytics to identify trends, measure campaign success, and make data-driven decisions for ongoing optimization.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), forecast ROI and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Operations, and Customer Experience to align growth marketing strategy with customer needs.
-Maintain a holistic view of the customer journey, from initial awareness to retention and as advocacy.
-Develop and implement marketing strategies to successfully expand revenuefrom existing customers (cross-sell/upgrade)
-Identify potential partners and GTM strategy to contribute to company’sgrowth.
-Collaborate with existing partners to enhance marketing initiatives.
- Product Growth and Competitive Analysis
-Collaborate with the product team to develop a robust feedback loop between customer insights and marketing strategies.
-Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
-Work with the product team to collaborate on product marketing strategy and make sure there is alignment between new product and features and our marketing assets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
