We are a SaaS company located in Irvine, looking for an experienced marketing professional with deep and well-rounded experience building and maintaining a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of marketing and acquisition channels and ability to take on more responsibilities or move up in the organization based on performance.
You will work closely with the rest of the marketing team to drive business growth, net retention and improve end-to-end engagement and experience of our SaaS customers by tracking and analyzing the results of our campaigns. Ideally, you will be the bridge between our team and our audience, which is why you should have experience with traffic acquisition, promotions, CRM marketing, SEO, copywriting, digital ads, content production (including video), analytics, outreach, and more.
Summary:
- Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, the Sr. VSaaS Marketing Manager is a multi-faceted role that includes supporting marketing efforts such as trade show marketing, sales enablement, content creation, PPC advertising & paid social ads, video planning & production, and management of social media channels including reporting & scheduling.
- Build, maintain, and execute strategic marketing plans with clear and measurable goals, coordinating cross-functional support and driving data-centric accountability
- Develop and execute an enterprise multi-channel demand generation and ABM strategy that is aligned with the sales team to achieve revenue and pipeline goals
- Own ABM program across the entire marketing funnel, track and optimize performance at each stage in the funnel to create a predictable and healthy demand engine. Achieve engagement goals with targeted accounts
- Create demand gen programs for all stages of the funnel that includes generating new leads, nurturing them to generate MQLs, creating bottom-funnel programs to convert MQLs to opportunities, provide late-stage opportunity support to help close deals, and developing advocacy programs to achieve high retention
- Collaborating with the SMEs and Sales to define integrated marketing program strategies including webinars, content, conferences, email marketing (drip and nurture), print and display to capture new leads and meet revenue forecasts
- The successful candidate will be comfortable wearing several hats, will adapt easily as schedules change when new projects or deadlines arise, and can work easily and effectively across multiple teams and projects, while receiving guidance and critiques from multiple sources.
- SaaS Marketing / Product Marketing experience a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development of digital marketing / promotional materials including email campaigns, social media posts, videos, content pieces, website pages, and sales enablement pieces
- Manage marketing campaigns in HubSpot CRM and ZoomInfo, including email marketing to various database segments
- Manage PPC and Paid Social Ads, including video ads
- Manage trade show marketing
- Record and edit marketing, testimonial, instructional, and event videos
- Prompt and professional communications with the Marketing Director, leadership, and colleagues.
- Core Competencies:
- Core skill-set requirements include copywriting, social media publishing, paid digital ads, email marketing/database marketing in HubSpot CRM, working with cross-functional team members to execute various marketing projects, trade show marketing, and customer announcements.
- Strong marketing background, video production, paid digital ads, social media, copywriting, reporting, database/email marketing in HubSpot CRM

Required:
- The team member shall be present at the office full time, no remote work is being considered.
- Proficiency and experience with Adobe Creative tools, HubSpot, Canva, Google Ads, and top-tier Social Media platforms (organic & paid)
- Willingness and ability to learn how to use new tools and adapt to new processes.
- Ability to keep up to date on the features, benefits and functionalities of our company’s products and services, and translate product knowledge into marketing messaging.
- Willingness to follow campaign and CRM strategies, timelines, naming conventions, and processes.
- Video production and editing skills
- Solid understanding of marketing KPIs and reporting
