Position Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned marketer who has a passion for working on mission-driven brands and has a track record of developing integrated communication strategies that have accelerated business growth. In this role as an Integrated Marketing Lead you will play a critical role in ensuring that Pacific Foods meets its long-term growth objectives by developing and steering the integrated marketing approach, ensuring that content and programs deliver impactful results.
As the IM Lead, you will need to be comfortable and experienced with all marketing communications channels and be capable of building programs that not only connect with consumers but can break-through in culture. The ideal candidate can think big and execute effectively and is both creative and data-driven. Deep expertise in campaign, agency, social media, content marketing and eComm experience is critical to success. Additionally, a knack for motivating cross-functional teams to rally around plans and strategies is a key skill within our matrixed organization. This position will also have lead responsibility for developing and implementing an agile 'go to market' approach, so a strong understanding of performance marketing is a core requirement.
In addition to direct Integrated Marketing responsibilities, this role will work closely with Pacific's marketing lead, serving as a member of the brand's leadership team. As an active member of this leadership team, you will help to shape the broader growth strategy for the business.
This role directly manages the Pacific Integrated Marketing team that includes dedicated digital/social and design team members and also manages a portfolio of agencies that have the unique capabilities required to grow Pacific. The Pacific Integrated Marketing Lead reports directly into the VP, Integrated Marketing.
Essential Functions:
- Leads the annual marketing communication planning process between Pacific brand team, cross-functional partners and agency partners.
- Architects strategic vision for content and engagement strategies, across all channels, ensuring consistency with the brand and its mission/values.
- Develops and implements a social media strategy, including community management, to build awareness with new consumers, build advocacy with current fanbase and incent trial. Act as a social media advocate across teams, ensuring social is thoughtfully factored into brand initiatives.
- Designs Pacific's digital eco-system strategy, including website, email marketing and e-commerce. Provides ongoing analysis and recommendations for optimization against channel objectives.
- Oversees the Design function, bringing leadership and vision to Brand/Vis ID and the creative process.
- Understands and applies consumer journeys to elevate the consumer UX and improve synergies between message and touchpoints.
- Ensures marketing activations start with a consumer insight and are built to drive desired behavior change and action, with ongoing optimization by audience and channel.
- Writes strategic marketing briefs to inspire 'best in class' ideas, aligned with brand needs to deliver business impact.
- Owns activation from brief through real time optimizations and lessons learned.
- Works with cross functional partners (Brand Marketing, Integrated Insights, Channel Marketing leads) to develop fully integrated communications programs.
o Partners with Pacific Brand team to translate business / marketing objectives into inspiring and actionable marketing communications objectives and briefs.
o Creates close, collaborative relationships with Campbell's Consumer Experience team to share best practices and learnings.
o Creates close, collaborative relationships with marketing channel specialists (Media, eCommerce Marketing, Shopper Marketing, PR, etc.), across the Integrated Marketing team to ensure marketing communications plan can be activated across all channels.
- Communicates complex ideas, anticipates potential challenges and influences others, often at senior levels within the organization.
- Establishes success metrics and KPIs as well as defines the process for reporting out on the optimization and results of the integrated marketing program.
- Manages annual budgets across Design, all areas of activation and agency fees.
- Manages a high-performing team, including marketing communications specialist, graphic design and project management.
- Manages all Pacific agency relationships, including prioritization of Agency resources, SOW development and agency evaluations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, communications or related field. Minimum 8 years strategic marketing communications experience with CPG experience in agency and/or corporate environments.
Prior experience in natural foods and a passion for health, sustainability, and or mission driven brands is a big plus.
Working Conditions:
Work is typically performed during the day in an office environment and involves the extensive use of office equipment, such as computers and telephones. The position is subject to long hours (including evening meetings and on-call status) and may include travel up to 10%.

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$105,000-$172,200
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
