Job Summary:
We are looking for a Lead Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using primarily Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with various components of the Microsoft technology stack, including but not limited to .NET, .NET Core, C#, MVC, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Azure, and other related technologies. The Lead Developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our organization and our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, define technical specifications, and develop software solutions that meet business objectives.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and performance of software applications.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft technologies and incorporate them into our development processes.
- Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance and support, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development team.
- All other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, and/or more than 5 years relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in .NET framework, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, and other related technologies.
- Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software development best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
