About the role
The Bose CRM team is looking to hire an Email Marketing Coordinator. We’re searching for a marketing professional who is passionate about the customer, data-driven and loves to work in a collaborative environment.
Primary responsibilities:
In this role, you will be involved in the planning and execution of Bose marketing emails and SMS. You’ll play a large part contributing to the Bose customer experience by exciting and delighting our customers, which is what we constantly strive for. Responsibilities will more specifically include, but not be limited to:

Support CRM team on planning global email and SMS campaigns to deliver revenue, drive engagement and build advocacy

Own writing and developing creative briefs to document the business need, testing hypothesis, audience segments and overarching creative direction

Review and QA final email creative to ensure it aligns with business objectives and testing goals

Coordinate all email communications with Campaign Deployment Specialist

Participate in stand-up, refinement sessions and other creative review meetings to address any questions on the brief and overall campaign or testing approaches
Job requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (marketing related field)

1-2 years experience in online/email marketing OR
-
1-2 years experience online project management
-
Project Management Skills in a Digital/Web Environment
Not required, but a plus

Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign or other email platform
-
Agile process experience (scrum or Kanban)

Jira knowledge or another project management tool
