Our Whole Body Deodorants can be used for any unwanted odor—from pits, to privates and beyond. It's doctor-developed, made with skin-safe ingredients that are gentle enough for the most sensitive parts and clinically proven to control any external B.O. for 72 hours. In 2023, we launched a men's line called Mando. Mando uses the same technology as Lume but has different scent profiles.
We are a 6-year-old fast growing, omni-channel deodorant and personal care brand that's transforming the way that humans do hygiene. We joined forces with Harry's, another disruptive brand with great people and infrastructure, to accelerate our growth. We are a team of self-starters that roll up our sleeves and get it done. Our style is collaborative and very fast-paced so an adaptive personality is a must.
The Role:
This is a proactive, detail-oriented, and data-driven role that requires a high level of initiative, accuracy, and collaboration. You will work in close collaboration with the Web, Creative, and Marketing teams to manage website operations for the Mando brand. You will analyze, ideate and execute improvements to site conversion (CVR), average order value (AOV), and lifetime value (LTV) through merchandising, upsell and cross-sell, subscription, and content initiatives. You will always keep the consumer in focus while pushing the envelope of what is possible to improve e-commerce performance and user experience.
Your Day to Day:
- Ideate, manage, & identify opportunities to optimize important website features, including subscriptions, upsells/cross-sells and incentive/referral/loyalty programs.
- Build business cases and user-tests to identify opportunities to improve site CVR, subscription CVR, AOV and LTV.
- Proactively monitor and analyze product performance metrics in partnership with internal stakeholders and use this data to improve existing features and identify new opportunities.
- Lead the planning, documentation, and cross-functional alignment for new product launches, web campaigns, and other projects
- Create tickets for the development team related to your projects (ex. image updates, copy updates, product launches, new features, feature improvements)
- Brief needs to the Creative Team for imagery, content, and promotional assets
- Manage product catalogs and marketplaces for Mando
- Perform regular site audits for content accuracy and consistency
- Own all content refreshes on-site for homepage, collections, PDPs, blog, etc.
Who You Are:
- 2-3 years of experience in product management
- 2-3 years of experience with Shopify Plus, Recharge, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with user-testing and A/B testing
- You are an autonomous, resourceful and strategic executor who can manage work from start to finish whether it is your own workstream or in collaboration with other teams
- You are analytical, curious and excited to brainstorm and execute new ideas onsite that move the needle on revenue, retention and AOV
- You are an excellent verbal and written communicator who documents and organizes to ensure teams work together effectively
- You are motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects with varying deadlines
- You are flexible, adaptive and have the proven ability to creatively problem solve when projects don't go according to plan
- You are a fast learner and never afraid to speak up when you have ideas or questions
Nice to have: experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC), SEO, web analytics (Google Analytics, GA4), personal care products

That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $100,000-$110,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate's location, skill level and experience.
