GENERAL PURPOSE
As an Associate Digital Product Manager, you will collaborate on a cross-functional agile team composed of developers, business analysts, and product managers. Together you will deliver customer-centric CRM solutions across various Salesforce.com applications for our global contract business, including sales, service, marketing, analytics, and various sales support functions. You will perform product owner responsibilities of an assigned product, championing the users' needs, and enabling growth in digital experiences for our contract business users. You'll look for simple solutions to complex business problems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Act as the champion of the users’ needs
Research and maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and how they may optimize current business practices
Identify opportunities and trends from the digital marketplace, analyzing relevant vendors, and keeping an eye on the competitive landscape
Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships
Foster a culture of customer-centered design throughout the organization
Define product features and requirements, and lead the implementation of new digital products and/or digital product updates
Collaborate with product and engineering teams on bugs and feature improvements
Ensure that all necessary user acceptance, performance, and post production testing is conducted and documented according to Herman Miller testing guidelines
Utilize analytics and customer research to measure product effectiveness and to direct future product development
Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives

Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree in in IT or Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3 years of experience in IT, marketing, product or delivery management, preferably within digital
Licenses and Certifications
Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of how current trends and technology may be used to support business partners.
Proficient understanding of how technology solves identified business problems.
A history of delivering consistent results with a high attention to detail.
Strong analytical and technical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
Proven organizational and time management skills; must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
Demonstrated high level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate information, ideas, procedures and processes in a logical sequence; at a level appropriate to the audience and resulting in effective working relationships.
The ability to use the office automation, communication, software, and tools in the MillerKnoll office environment

A starting compensation range for this role is $68,550.00 - $85,725.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
