The Role: We are excited to hire an Digital Marketing Account Manager to join the We Thrive Media Team. You’ll excel in this hybrid position if you’re a highly organized and detail-oriented problem solver while working in tandem as a paid / organic social media superstar and strategic account lead. This role directly reports to the Account Supervisor and supports our CPG and impact marketing accounts. We’re looking for a marketing unicorn, excited to work at a start-up!
Client / Account Management
Day-to-day point person for assigned clients, understanding their goals and objectives while building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication and strategic planning
Autonomously, strategically, and tactically lead small to medium-sized projects within client accounts
- Lead weekly internal and external meetings with the account team and clients
- Assess and define client expectations weekly to ensure that all projects and campaigns work together cohesively, collaboratively, and complement one another
- Develop and deploy project timelines utilizing ClickUp and other tools to ensure that deadlines and quality standards are met
- Work with Senior leadership to maintain client accounts, provide recommendations to current problems, and anticipate client needs
Lead and maintain positive relationships with multi-disciplinary teams (junior-to-senior level), fostering a positive and collaborative work environment while setting clear performance expectations and providing constructive feedback
Master agency day-to-day account and project management processes
Digital Media
Fully oversee, manage, and evaluate multiple paid social media campaigns including but not limited to strategy, optimization, and analytics
- Ability to provide data-driven recommendations and reporting, audience analysis, and A/B testing to ensure successful campaign outcomes
- Stay up-to-date about the latest paid media trends and capabilities and craft tailored client strategies for implementation
- Create and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly paid social media reports to clients, showcasing campaign performance and insights'
Support in the day-to-day delivery of organic and paid content creation across platforms (Meta, X, TikTok, and YouTube), development, and deployment
- Support in community management and copywriting for client social channels (as needed)
Manage and assist in researching and analyzing competitor landscapes and target audiences within the specific client industry to successfully tailor campaigns to drive conversions

Required Qualifications
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in integrated marketing communications, social media, paid media, public relations, or client-side roles with direct client management and account service responsibility
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple accounts
- Excellent and charismatic presenter
- Undergraduate degree
- Accessibility to work in the Atlanta Office (3x per week; remote considered if non-local)
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years of managerial experience
- Proficient written communicator
- Creative project manager
- Understanding of marketing and advertising budgets
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Analytics, etc.)
