This is a hands-on role where you will write code for product features. It is a great opportunity to build secure, scalable, resilient cloud-based services applying modern software development practices.
You will work closely with the technical lead and architects to build secure, scalable, resilient cloud-based services applying modern software development practices. The Fidelity Digital Asset Trading Team is responsible for platform services and APIs that manage trading of crypto currency. Platform contains a crossing engine and a smart router that would connect and send client orders to other exchanges and liquidity providers. In addition to aggregating market data and routing orders the platform also includes multiple internal/external facing user interfaces and API and services to support the platform.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required.

Experience in Web/UI development using HTML / CSS / JavaScript, Angular development.

Experience in server-side technologies like Java, but some Node.js/NPM is highly preferred.

3+ years minimum of advanced JavaScript development skills is required.

Experience in consuming REST Web Services is highly preferred.

Additional expertise with other technologies like, React, Require, Bower, Browserify, or other advanced JavaScript skills are a plus.

Strong knowledge of Cypress, Angular nx, ngrx store.

Preferred knowledge on ag grid.

Strong knowledge on JEST unit testing framework.

Experience with Git/Jenkins and an understanding of microservice architecture and cloud-based deployments.

Nice to have experience in dealing with large amount of data in real-time applications.

Ability to build reliable software that can withstand unreliable environments.

Experience with version control systems and can handle development for multiple releases in parallel.

The base salary range for this position is $64,000-$121,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
