SUMMARY
Avetta is seeking highly skilled and experienced Demand Gen/B2B Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including a significant focus on managing our social media presence. You will be responsible for digital campaigns, optimizing our online presence across various platforms, and specifically acting as a Social Manager to enhance our brand's engagement on social media.
Candidates within commutable distance to our Dallas or Houston office are preferred, but those outside of an office area may be considered. If residing within commutable distance to our office in Lehi, Dallas, Houston, or Irvine, a hybrid schedule would be offered (3 days in office, 2 days work from home).
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute a robust social media strategy as part of the overall digital marketing plan. This includes creating and curating engaging content, managing posts, and responding to followers.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with our online community to foster a positive brand image. Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Digital Advertising and Campaigns: Oversee digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms such as LinkedIn and Google, implementing SEO and SEM strategies, and managing paid search campaigns for our website.
- SEO and SEM: Conduct keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on website analytics, social media performance, and digital marketing campaign results, using tools like Google Analytics, Marketo, and Salesforce.
- Content Creation and Strategy: Employ the 4-1-1 methodology for content creation, ensuring a balance between promotional, engaging, and informative content across all digital channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including designers, content creators, and developers, to maintain consistent brand messaging and deliver seamless user experiences across digital channels.
- Marketing Technology Proficiency: Utilize various marketing technologies such as Google Data Studio, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads, Adobe Creative Suite, Marketo, Salesforce, and others to enhance digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, with substantial experience in social media management.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, including extensive knowledge of social media marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SEO tools, web analytics platforms, and social media management tools.
- Creative mindset with a passion for the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
