Works closely with Senior IT staff, managers, and end users to develop, maintain, and test enterprise applications. Position supports the building of new products, adding and maintaining features in current systems and ad-hoc reporting. Analyze and troubleshoot issues reported in production system.
- Provide ongoing support of production applications and be available outside working hours to troubleshoot production issues as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance of proprietary software programs and applications as needed.
- Interface with and consume 3rdparty APIs from clients and agents.
- Develop reports in SQL, SSRS and Crystal Reports.
- Develop complex SQL scripts, views, triggers, and stored procedures.
- Design user-friendly, front-end web interfaces.
- Maintain code to enhance functionality and improve efficiency, as well as replace malfunctioning or obsolete code.
- Maintain project documentation.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues reported in production systems.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant technical experience in software development required.
- Experience with SQL, GIT, and HTML
- Database design and development skills using Microsoft SQL Server
- Oral & Written Comprehension – the ability to listen, write and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
- Attention to detail – position requires an aggressive eye for details.
- Time Management – ability to multi-task and manage one’s time and processes with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have a sense of urgency.
- Interpersonal Skills & Collaboration – the ability to work with all levels of the organization from the Executive Leadership, Divisional Leadership and all co-workers while maintaining a professional attitude.
