We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in promoting our women's fashion brands, YMI and Royalty For Me. As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong brand management background, team leadership, and strategic social commerce marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining Brand Guidelines to ensure consistency across all content produced by our Studio Team, Graphic Designers, Marketing (Paid Ads, E-mail & SMS), and Social Media Teams, ensuring alignment with our brand vision.
- Setting clear deadlines, workload allocations, and priorities for both internal and external teams, serving as the primary point of contact for all marketing needs.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive marketing calendars encompassing seasonal, monthly, and daily strategies for content and promotions across all digital platforms aimed at elevating brand awareness and driving conversions.
- Collaborating closely with the Inventory & Merchandising team to optimize the visual presentation of our website, leveraging on-hand inventory while capitalizing on product trends and seasonal themes.
- Crafting and executing a robust Social Media strategy, including managing Social Shops, negotiating influencer budgets and rates, establishing content guidelines, and devising campaign strategies to maximize engagement, reach, and revenue.
- Collaborate with creative teams to design compelling ad creatives.
- Analyzing marketing data to derive actionable insights and recommendations aimed at enhancing performance and driving continuous improvement.
- Leading creative meetings for photoshoots, ensuring that processes, goals, budgets, and timelines are effectively managed to achieve divisional and company objectives.
- Managing budgets for photos and video shoot campaigns, including expenses related to models, hair and makeup, and locations.
- Taking ownership of retail website sales, including Social Shops, to meet forecasted targets and drive revenue growth.
- Supervising and mentoring a team of specialists and coordinators, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment to achieve company goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ Years experience in a Marketing Manager role
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role in the apparel or fashion industry.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, website optimization, and digital marketing channels, including Social Shops (TikTok & Meta).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful e-commerce marketing campaigns that drive online sales and enhance customer experience. Forecasting and budget management
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional organization skills and ability to delegate accordingly and efficiently
- Familiarity with industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis in the digital marketing space.
- Experience with driving revenue through Social Media channels is a MUST.
- Forecasting and budget management is a MUST.
- Bilingual Spanish is a PLUS!
