Summary of position:
This position helps the sales team sell more effectively and efficiently in defined target markets. Serves as the liaison between sales and marketing, and provides the sales team with the necessary information, content, expertise, and tools to allow them to maximize productivity and sales.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Content Distribution Strategy: Work with cross-functional teams to establish an effective content distribution strategy to effectively share, publish, and promote content including marketing communications, influencer relations, social, digital, etc. Train and educate sales team members by producing training content and teaching the team proper sales strategies.
Medical Education Planning and Strategy: Lead efforts relating to identifying and managing the speaker bureau and strategic topic development for MosaicEDGE workshops.
Webinar Coordination and Strategy: Plan, manage, coordinate, and execute webinar initiatives and evaluate/improve overall strategy.
Content Development: Create valuable, educational, and relevant content inclusive of press releases, email marketing messages, case studies, presentation content, surveys, and web copy.
Brand and Company Stewardship: Always represent the brand vision and marketing team objectives and ensure branding and messaging is consistently utilized across marketing materials.
- Conduct market research studies to determine the best initiatives to implement to drive growth.
- Deploy tools and resources that help improve sales conversion rates.
- Create client and sales-facing materials.
- Requires knowledge and proficiencies into the customer journey and go-to-market process.
- Follow up regularly with sales reps to see what tactics are successful and others that may need guidance or move in a different direction.
- Interacts and works closely with other departments, such as but not limited to Sales, Marketing, and Global Comms & Corp Marketing to ensure adequate support to the sales and marketing functions.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent positioning, messaging, and writing skills and the ability to grasp and translate product features and technical capabilities into benefits.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to perform a detailed, deep dive into processes and gain satisfaction from successfully identifying an implementing process improvement.
- Highly detail oriented with effective organization skills.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA a plus.
- 5+ years of professional experience, including three or more years of product manager and/or product marketing experience.
- Experience in the labs, healthcare, functional medicine, wellness market, is preferred.
- Knowledge of functional medicine competitor landscape a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
