Job Description: As a Marketing Manager at America's Consumer Advocacy Group, you will be at the forefront of our marketing strategy and execution. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that will elevate our brand and drive growth. If you are a results-driven marketing professional with a passion for consumer advocacy, we want to hear from you. This is an In-Office Position, not Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Lead a team of talented marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Oversee the creation and production of marketing collateral, including brochures, videos, and other promotional materials.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to keep our marketing efforts innovative and competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a marketing management role, preferably in consumer advocacy or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A passion for consumer advocacy and empowering consumers in the marketplace.
