Job Overview
As the In-House Paid Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and Amazon Ads. You will be responsible for creating and implementing effective strategies to maximize ROI and achieve our clients' goals.
The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of success in paid media management. They should be proficient in the mentioned advertising platforms and hold certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads. Additionally, they should thrive in a fast-paced team environment, possess strong reporting capabilities, and provide suggestions to the Amazon team on catalog updates. DPI will invest in training conferences & courses for you to continue growth in an evolving digital space.
Key Responibilities
1. Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies for our clients to achieve their specific goals and objectives.
2. Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and Amazon Ads.
3. Budget Management: Monitor and manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient allocation of funds and maximize ROI.
4. Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify valuable keywords and phrases to target in ad campaigns.
5. Ad Copywriting: Craft compelling ad copy and creative that resonates with target audiences and drives conversions.
6. A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing to optimize ad performance and improve click-through rates and conversion rates.
7. Data Analysis: Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and adjustments for continuous improvement.
8. Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and monitor competitors' advertising strategies.
9. Client Communication: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals and provide regular updates and reports on campaign performance.
10. Budget Development: Work with the Director of Ecommerce and Director of Marketing to develop strategic initiatives and budget to hit monthly and quarterly goals
11. Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads certifications are required.
12. Strong Reporting Capabilities: Ability to generate and present comprehensive reports on campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
13. Amazon Ads Enhancement: Provide suggestions to the Amazon team on catalog updates or anything required to increase the success of Amazon ads.
14. Continuous Learning: DPI will invest in training conferences & courses for you to continue growth in an evolving digital space.
15. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure paid media strategies align with overall marketing efforts.
Qualifications
· Proven track record of success in managing paid media campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and Amazon Ads.
· Proficiency in using advertising platforms, including creating and optimizing campaigns.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
