We are looking for a passionate, creative teammate to fill the role of Digital Marketing Manager. This role is a little different than at many companies, in that is primarily a creative role. Good design skills, an eye for beauty, and the skills to implement those ideas in various digital formats will be the keys to success. You’ll be using digital marketing tools and owning our digital marketing efforts for sure, but what works best for us is a little less analytical and a little more visual/delightful.
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns and user experience ideas that promote our brand, drive traffic to our website, and generate revenue. We also prefer candidates who understand community, customer loyalty, and service. Measurement matters, but we have people for that. We need out-of-the-box ideas we can build and deploy, and the skills to manage and execute those ideas.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, social media, search engine marketing, and display advertising.
· Manage the company's e-commerce websites and optimize them for revenue and user experience.
· Develop creative assets for use in content campaigns, e-commerce platforms and advertising. Photo, video and graphic design experience are all plusses.
· Create and implement social media strategy and content calendar to increase engagement and followers.
· Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and lead nurturing campaigns.
· Use campaign performance metrics to generate insights and recommendations for new campaigns, web experiences, design changes, or offers.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. We want to innovate constantly using what we learn from our efforts.
· Be a good and committed teammate. We work together closely on creative marketing ideas and collaborate cross-functionally with all the Caspari teams, including sales, product design, and retail to deliver a beautiful online retail environment for our customers.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Literature, Design or a related field.
· Legitimate, visible experience in a design or digital marketing role, ideally with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
· Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
· Proficiency in digital design and marketing tools such as email/CRM, web site design tools, Photoshop, InDesign. Shopify knowledge is a plus, as is Google Analytics and some Google Ads experience.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work happily in a team environment and lead the creative charge in your area. We are a complex visual brand and you have to be able to translate that online.
· Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies in design, content development, user experience and communications.
